Work process
This protocol governs the relationship between the website (Poster Designs) and users (clients and designers), and outlines the general terms for using graphic design services through the platform.
1. Nature of Services
The website offers graphic design services including (logo design, visual identity, social media posts, brochures, printed and digital designs, etc.).
Requests can be fulfilled based on ready-made templates or customized as per the client’s requirements.
2. Order Process (Agreement)
- The client receives the brief (project summary).
- The client selects the desired service and fills out the brief form.
- The client responds with approval or rejection to proceed:
- (In case of rejection) Please clarify the reason.
- (In case of approval) 50% of the agreed amount must be paid to confirm the order.

- A mood board (ideas aligned with the brief) is sent.
- The designer begins working on the project.
- The presentation of the work and a revision sheet are sent (via email or WhatsApp as specified in the brief).
- If revisions are needed: the revision sheet is sent to the designer and followed up accordingly.
- Once the work is fully completed, the agreed files and client invoice are sent.
- Finally: The website sends the password for the files once the remaining amount is transferred and proof of payment is shared via WhatsApp.
Note : All project communication and agreement are handled entirely via WhatsApp.

3. File Transfer (From and To the Client)
- Files from the designer to the client are sent via WhatsApp or the website’s official email.
- Files from the client related to the project are sent to the designer via the website’s WhatsApp.
4. Payment Methods
- Prices are determined based on the type of design and complexity level.
- A payment of 50% or 100% is required upfront via available payment methods: (Vodafone Cash – InstaPay – Bank Transfer).
- Final files are not delivered until full payment is received.
- Any additional paid elements (such as fonts, images, or premium assets) will be added to the final invoice total.
5. Revisions
- Each order includes a limited number of free revisions (usually 2 to 3).
- Additional revisions are subject to extra charges depending on the type of change.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No refund is available once the work has started.
- If the order is cancelled before the start of execution, the full amount will be refunded with no deductions.
7. Usage Rights & Intellectual Property
- The client receives usage rights to the design upon full payment.
- The designer reserves the right to showcase the project in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- The client is not allowed to resell or modify the design without written permission.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
- The website and designers commit to maintaining the confidentiality of client data and project content.
- No information will be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.
9. Technical Support & Follow-up
- The website offers technical support during the project execution and for up to 7 days after delivery.
- Support is available via email or the website’s WhatsApp.
